::History:: Welcome to Arlito`s British Shorthair Arlito`s Cattery started in 1985. I ,Arild, went to my first cat-show, and I met breeder Mona Anisdahl, Schibboleth`s Cattery . She had a silvertabby male (Schibboleth Silver Painted Mustang) for sale. He was our first stud , and the first step in breeding silvertabbies was real.
Schibboleth Silver Painted Mustang (Photo taken 1989). My second cat, Fagrears Fiona , was a bluespotted female. I had three litters with Mustang and Fiona. I had a stop in my breeding program until Spring 2000, when we decided to start again. Our main goal is to breed healthy and harmonic cats, in classic silver tabby and occationally silver spotted. We live in Fredrikstad, about 1 hour to Oslo. We live in the countryside, but also near the sea. Cats has alvays been a part of our lives, and I also want cats to be a part of our childrens lives also.
